DEPOSIT POLICY

Deposits are required to secure your booking and cover the time spent planning and drawing your design behind the scenes.

A deposit of $150–$250 is required for all bookings. This amount is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo on the day. The exact deposit depends on the size and length of your appointment (full day sessions require the maximum deposit).

Once your appointment is confirmed, deposit details will be sent through. You will have 24 hours to complete payment—otherwise, the time slot may be offered to someone else. Appointments cannot be held without a deposit.

For multi-session pieces, a deposit is required for each session.

Your deposit will be forfeited if:

• You cancel your appointment

• You reschedule with less than 1 week’s notice

• You are 20+ minutes late

• You change your design idea significantly within 1 week of your appointment

Deposits can be transferred to a new date once only, provided enough notice is given.

TOUCH-UPS

Touch-ups are free within 12 months of your appointment. After that, they are charged at an hourly rate.

Not all tattoos require a touch-up—photos of the healed tattoo are needed before booking.

Touch-ups must be treated like a normal appointment: if you cancel within 72 hours or don’t show up, it will no longer be free and a deposit will be required to rebook.

Touch-ups do not include design changes—any additions or alterations will be charged as a new tattoo session..

DESIGNING YOUR TATTOO

All of my artwork is hand-drawn and completely original. I put a lot of care into each piece, not just in the drawing itself but also in researching the subject . Because of this, my process can take anywhere from a few hours to up to a week, depending on how much detail and refinement is needed.

I will only send designs one day prior to your appointment. This is due to workload and copyright considerations.In some cases, I may send a rough sketch if I feel additional preparation or clarification is needed.

Please keep in mind that I work on many designs, not just yours. This drawing time is unpaid and completed during my personal time, so timeframes can vary.

If you’d like to make small adjustments to your design, I’m happy to accommodate where possible, but please give me enough time to do so,

However, if you change your idea completely within one week of your appointment, your deposit may be forfeited. Please note that I cannot guarantee I will accept a completely new concept at short notice.

BY BOOKING IN, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING

Design & Artwork
All designs are original and created by me. They remain my intellectual property and are not to be copied, reproduced, or taken to another artist. Reference images are used as guidance only.I will not copy another artist’s artwork, or use a design I did not create.

Design Changes
Minor adjustments can be made, however excessive changes or full redesigns may incur an additional drawing fee.

Pricing
Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing may vary depending on size, placement, detail, and any changes made.

Skin & Suitability
I reserve the right to refuse to tattoo if the skin is unsuitable (e.g. sunburn, irritation, damage). In these cases, your deposit may be forfeited.

Health & Illness
If you are unwell, contagious, or not in suitable condition for your appointment, you must reschedule with appropriate notice.

Behaviour
Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. I reserve the right to end the appointment without refund if you are rude, aggressive, or inappropriate.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened session or cancellation. If you are 20+ minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.

Payment
Payment is cash or Bank transfer on the day. Full payment is required at the end of your session.

Photography & Social Media
I may photograph and share your tattoo for portfolio and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

Healing Responsibility
Once your tattoo is complete, proper aftercare is your responsibility. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing and does not guarantee a free touch-up.

Right to Refuse
I reserve the right to refuse any booking, design, or client at my discretion.

PLEASE NOTE

I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parental or guardian consent.

I do will not tattoo you if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

Please do not bring children into the studio, as it is a 18+ venue.

I am located in Perth, in a private studio. Once you have booked in and paid your deposit, I will share the location with you.
